Physician, heal thyself...

Absolutely beautiful day for a run here on Sunday afternoon. Took the opportunity to catch up on the How to Fix It podcast, with the episode featuring an interview with Rep Seth Moulton of Massachusetts, who is challenging the state's senior senator (from his own party) in the Democratic primary.

I've heard Rep Moulton, a Marine veteran of Iraq, talk before and have always been impressed, but this interview was really stunning. He - a Democratic member of the House of Representatives - laid out one of the best critiques I have ever heard of the Democratic Party as a whole. Honest and insightful, he diagnosed many of the problems that those of us on the outside of the party have seen ourselves - an entrenched cohort of older leaders; a failure to provide a true, unified vision other than opposition to Trump, and the absolute failure (on multiple axes) that is the Iran war. It's a great listen - I hope you'll check it out.
